Reading Program for kids...
So I thought I would start doing some things to take my mind off of the crap my neighbor is putting me through! lol
Tomorrow I go for training with the Calgary Reads Organization. http://www.calgaryreads.com/index.htm
They are a non-profit volunteer program that go into schools and help children read basically.
"Calgary Reads pairs struggling readers in Grades one and two with trained adult volunteers for twice weekly, one-on-one tutoring within the child's school. Tutors receive training in a well-researched, consistent 10-step program designed to improve the students' reading and writing ability. In addition to providing literacy skills, tutors are strong role models for the children."
I think it'll be fun, & I'm looking forward to it!
RIGHT after that I have a doctors appointment with the fertility clinic.. Wooo! lol
Not sure what's going to happen, I think it's basically just a check up after my surgery!
Ciao for now!

Ian told the landlord what was going on with b*tch face next door, and you know what he said??
"Theres nothing in the landlord/tenant act or contracts stating anything to do with noise levels! So my hands are tied, and if she has a problem it's her own problem and theres nothing she can do! She probably just has something stuck up her ass!!"
Apparently he didn't sound like he liked her too much either!! LMAO Funny huh??

The B*tch is at it again!!!!
I won't even explain what happened heres an email I wrote to her, it pretty much sums it up!! I am soo sick of her and her shit!!
Subject: The music...
First of all my "interesting message" was a result from all your shit!! I can't fucking handle it anymore! You lie to Jack about what Ian and I have been seeing & hearing through your walls (yep that night at 3am we were both woken up by you and your little "boy toy" fucking, the bumping against the wall and your gross noises.. YUCK) You lying about it made us look bad! The only reason I didn't say anything to you then is because I promised Ian I wouldn't start shit! Well it's too late now!! Don't expect me to be nice anymore!
You realize your the one dragging this shit on right?? You won't leave it alone! All this bull shit about the music being loud, it's not loud. I have the subwoofer at 1 (which is the lowest)! We bought the system to play, not to sit around and collect dust just cause we have a bitchy neighbour! I want to be able to hear it in my own house! Jack didn't seem to mind it when he was there!
Get over it, we told on you, Jack knows you were fucking someone else and its over! Don't try to hide behind the music. I know your mad about us "telling on you" and the music is just an excuse for you to be a bitch!!
Oh and by the way, I don't know who your trying to impress with those messages you left on my voicemail but everyone knows your a bitch and you've even admitted it! So why hide it under the little innocent act? Hahahahaha That was lame cause your not innocent in the least.
The City of Calgary Residential Noise Regulations:
The City of Calgary regulates noise through the Community Standards Bylaw sections 26-39. The following information provides an overview of this section of the bylaw. Original copies of the bylaw are available at the City Clerk's office.
What is the law?
Noise can include, but is not limited to yelling, shouting, loud music, horns, power tools and air conditioners.
*Between 10pm and 7am Monday to Saturday and 10pm to 9am on Sunday and holidays (nighttimes), you may not disturb others by yelling, shouting, playing loud music, horns, power tools and air conditioners. If you do so you can file a complaint and if passed, that person can be fined $50.00.
And we don't play our music between those hours so you wouldn't have a leg to stand on even if Wes does think it's loud! (which he won't, cause its not)
Deal with it or move out! (I'd rather you move out personally).
Today she was pounding on the wall again (hard and loud) and then got her brother to come over and bang on the door and ring the bell a million times!! I am really getting sick of her shit!! What should I do?? We can't move out right now, and she probably won't... God I am so stressed right now about that and some other stuff.. I just want to leave Calgary and never come back!!! Seriously. Can I come stay with one of you for a "break"??? lol

I'm a Matron of Honor!! Yay!
Alright, so I have never been a Matron of honor before and was recently asked by my good friend Cathy to be hers.
I have no clue what my "duties" are as a Matron of honor & have been looking into it alot, so Cathy will have the least amount of stress possible!
This is what I found:
Pre Wedding
Help in going with the bride to look at different locations for the wedding. Many times the Bride needs help in choosing where to have the ceremony and party besides what day and time to have the wedding. Ask if you can participate in this process since it can be a very stressful.
Help the bride choose her wedding invitations as well as possibly address the invitations if she needs your support. Many times a bride may outsource her invitations but if they need to be addressed by the family, your help will be key in reducing the load of tasks to complete.
If the bride needs help in ordering and choosing decorations and favors, your opinions may be helpful in making decisions for narrowing down choices and making sure the decorations are in on time for the wedding, shower and bachelorette parties.
Go with the bride when she is shopping for her wedding dress as well as the bridesmaid dresses. It is very important to help make sure the dresses are ordered and arrive in enough time for alterations! It is helpful for you to attend the multiple fittings in giving your friend some feedback in how the dress looks and fits.
Many times the groom does not want to go to register with his bride-to-be. You can be very supportive by going with your friend to register for her wedding gifts as well as letting other guests know where the bride and groom are registered. This is a very fun experience so take part in the choosing if she needs help.
Help the bride in the seating arrangement. This can be a very difficult process with the more people coming to the wedding. Many times it makes it easier to draw out the tables and move people around until you have a close to perfect fit. Note: It is very helpful to bring this drawing to the wedding just in case there are any mix-ups, you will save the day!
Plan the Bridal shower as well as the Bachelorette party!
Help keep order and organization with the other bridesmaids.
Attend and help out during the rehearsal dinner. Many times the bride, groom and their families are pre-occupied and forget about things which is where you can save the day by being organized.
Field messages for the bride and her family to make sure you are up on any changes (especially if they are last minute changes that affect the other guests).
Wedding Day
Make sure the bride arrives to the ceremony and that she has everything on the Maid of Honor Checklist (which I will be getting from this great site later) that we have created to make your life easier.
Assist the bride in getting into her dress and makeup
Be the messenger if the bride wants to communicate messages to the family or groom so you are always up on what is going on.
Visit the reception room and party room (if possible) to make sure there are no problems or issues. It is much better to be proactive.
Help make sure the bride has privacy if she needs some quiet time before the ceremony.
Be the witness in the signing of the marriage license which is an honor!
Help the bride with her veil and train (if she has one). I have seen many weddings where brides have tripped on their train which takes away from her experience for a moment.
Be your friend's "right-hand-woman" at the altar. She may be very nervous and you can be the calming source with your presence.
Keeper of the brides bouquet during the ceremony. Make sure you have a free hand.
Keeper of the groom's ring. It is your task to also make sure the groom's ring is in your possession at all times until you give the ring over to the bride!
Make a toast or a speech during the wedding party since it is tradition and most people love hearing these friendship stories!
Last, but not least, provide moral support and be a great listener throughout the process since it is a very wonderful and "positively" stressful time for your friend. You can really make the difference!
Feeewf!! That's alot of work!! But don't worry Cat, I'm up for it!! When or if your reading this, let me know if you'd like to have a Bridal shower and/or a Bachelorette party, not everyone has them!! We will work everything out later!
Bridal shower: 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Bachelorette party: One month before the wedding.

She's a B*TCH!!! Opinions pleeeze!
I REALLY hate my neighbour, her name is Penny.
Well anyways Penny and I used to like each other only because my husband and her bf (we'll call him J) have been friends for like 20 years. So we'd respect each other for there sake.Well to make a long story kind of short, she has been cheating on her bf of 5 years (J) for a while (I'm guessing since summer). Penny asked J to move out so she could "get her life figured out", and well we all know what that means right girls?? She's cheatin' and wants to see where that relationship is headed. (I knew she was before we even had proof actually, just by that statement!!)
Penny & J were on a little break and according to her bf were NOT supposed to be seeing anyone else!! Well sure enough 2, count them 2 days after her bf moved out we saw her going out with another guy!! And 5 days after she was f@cking that same guy in their bed right next door, really loud too cause we heard EVERYTHING!! ICK... First strike against her..
Well Ian my husband felt like he had to tell J since we heard and saw the guy, that's stable proof...
Ian broke the news very gently, & J apparently already had his suspicions.. Hmmm funny huh??
That night J went over to Penny's he stayed for, I don't know about an hour. Next thing we know J told Ian that she denied all of it!!!!! I was PISSED, now she made US look bad!! Second strike against her..
After all of this I think she was a little pissed at us because we told on her... She now, SLAMS on the walls (and almost knocks my mirror off the wall) when I have my stereo on during the day NOT at night oh & NOT loud I might add... I let my puppy outside in the backyard because she wanted to see her dog (they used to be friends) and as soon as I let her out all I heard was "Molson come here, get in here right now!!" (Molson is her dogs name btw). Strike three, your out!!
What a bitch, I really do not like her.
Question of the day: If you had a neighbour you hated and had a similar past, what would you do??
